We would like to apologize in advance if your dog totally ignores you upon check-out and heads back to our playing area wagging his tail...  Yes, we have seen this a lot and we can't help it!!! :)  

Our vet clinic is next door and our vets are present during working hours to ensure that all pets are healthy and to provide any urgent assistance if needed. They are available on call after duty hours as well.  

Pick up & drop off, grooming and training services and many more extra services are available as well with instant online booking and payment    

Facilities:  

We have 2 different air conditioned, CCTV monitored boarding facilities for dog boarding on the same street: New branch: For small doggies only (up to 15kg) Main branch (training and boarding centre) for all sizes of dogs - large dogs need to meet more requirements)  

Rates:

You can pick and choose what matches your budget.

Low season: Starting from AED72 up to AED200 per night. 

High season: Starting from AED99 up to AED250 per night  

Play time: 

At both facilities, your dog will enjoy air conditioned, CCTV monitored, supervised play areas

New branch: 7:30am - 6:30pm

Main branch: 8:30am - 5:30 pm

New branch: Very low capacity so your pet gets proper care:

18 rooms for dogs

2 suites for dogs

5 rooms for cats

2 suites for cats -

Main branch: 15 rooms (for small dogs)  

10 rooms suitable for small or medium dogs

3 suits: suitable for all sizes of dogs.  

Important notes:

We use F10 products for cleaning and disinfecting.

Food should be provided by the owner.

Chewing bones are not allowed in the rooms or any hazardous item provided by owners.

We give bottled drinking water to our guests.

Standard dog rooms are provided with: Bed, Food bowls, toys

Cat boarding is stressful.. NOT anymore! Our cat boarding service is available now at our new branch only because it's built to be a cat friendly pet hotel considering all cat welfare aspects.

It's not only fun for cats here but also for human, promise! So do visit us any time and meet our cats Honey and B, the cattery supervisors :)

We provide 5 rooms for cat boarding in the shared cattery and 2 huge cat suites (cage free, 9 meter square, home alike room with owner’s camera access) which means:

- No stress (for you and your cat) of having your cat with many cats

- Your cat will have more attention with personal touch

- More time for your cat roaming around an air conditioned, CCTV monitored cattery freely

- Our vet clinic is next door with vets and nurses on board in case of emergency.

Executive luxury suite: Cats are bosses and bosses need offices, right? Did we mention before that if we are full we have our manager office (20 meter square) as a back-up for one cat to enjoy his time with a crazy cat lady who happened to be a vet?

Important note:

Cats of different families are not allowed in the play area together at the same time as cats need long time to be introduced to each other properly.

Standard rooms will be provided with: litter tray, food bowls, bed/blanket, scratching post and toy.

Play area has cat trees, toys, water fountain, window lounges in a home a like environment.
